Letlhogonolo Noge-Tungamirai developed a passion for Governance in 2017 and has never looked back. She holds a Master of Business (MBA) Degree in Administration obtained through WITS business school in 2015 and is enrolled for the Chartered Directorship (SA) with the Institute of Directors South Africa (IoDSA) Her academic record includes Cyber Risk Management, Financial Insights for Non-Financial Directors, Technology & Information Governance just to mention a few.

She is currently serving on the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (NECSA and subsidiary, Pelchem) Board as a Non-Executive Director. Letlhogonolo also occupies a number of other directorship roles with diverse entities which include; Isimangaliso Wetland Park, Empanda, Epione Leadership, Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) and is a former Non-Executive Director for The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), NTP, Boxing South Africa, The National Library of South Africa, The Community Schemes Ombud Services amongst others. She believes in mentorship and the importance of women mentors occupying space in women executive positions and she advocates for the growth of women in leadership positions and across all spheres. She co-owns the Sticky BBQ franchise restaurant group alongside her husband.
